Registration Procedure of Graduate Studies, 1st Semester of Academic Year 2023 (For Current Students)



Starting the 1^st Semester of Academic Year 2023 for Regular Program Student: July 1, 2023

Starting the 1^st  Semester of Academic Year 2023 for Special Program Student: July 3, 2023

1.Students register courses via the website within June 26 – July 3, 2023

– Students make a payment within July 11 – 17, 2023

2.To maintain student status, student must contact the faculty.

Students must prepare the Maintaining Student Status Request Form and Dissertation/Thesis/IS Progress Report Form. Those forms must be approved by thesis advisor and the dean. Then summit the forms to faculty officer. The result of maintaining student status will be notified by SMS.

– Students make a payment within July 11 – August 26, 2023
