2.To maintain student status, student must contact the faculty<\/strong><\/span>.<\/h3>\n

Students must prepare the Maintaining Student Status Request Form<\/u> and Dissertation\/Thesis\/IS Progress Report Form<\/u>. Those forms must be approved by thesis advisor and the dean. Then summit the forms to faculty officer. The result of maintaining student status will be notified by SMS.<\/p>\n
